Transacting in real estate is complex, emotional, and at times maybe uncomfortable. Rajwinder founded ListingAlly in 2024 to outreach to Maryland consumers who are about to or thinking about transacting in real estate to make the subject easier and comfortable to understand as much as possible. Selling or buying real estate involves contracts and that means legal obligations; both in the short-term and long-term.
A real estate involves many variables and they are dependent on whether you are a buyer or a seller. As a buyer, for example, you might need a loan or an home inspection to close a real estate transaction but as a seller you do not. This means the buyer, like seller, not only needs to choose a real estate agent but also a loan officer (bank) and an home inspector.
So completing a real estate transaction involves a number of parties (i.e., buyer, buyer agent, seller, seller agent, bank/lender, title company, home inspector, appraiser, surveyor, etc.) and they all have to perform their obligations competently and on-time. Thus it would be unwise to assume an expert and insightful advise from real estate professionals can alone be enough to successfully complete a real estate transaction. An educated and knowledgeable consumer is the key to realizing success in real estate. Minimally, when transacting in real estate, know and understand the basic concepts covered on this Site and consult other credible resources as needed, and hire competent teams.
